OceanProfileNet Model Architecture

OceanProfileNet is a PyTorch-based multi-layer perceptron trained on authentic Global Argo CTD profiles and Copernicus GLORYS12V1 daily physical fields. It takes satellite surface observations (OSTIA SST, CCMP surface wind vectors, and altimetric sea level anomaly) to synthesize the subsurface vertical density and thermal structure down to 1000 meters. Epistemic uncertainty envelopes are generated via Monte Carlo Dropout across 30 stochastic forward passes.
